Rufina Luna

Rufina Luna is a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, a REALTOR®, She is a Realtor and a certified appraiser of residential and commercial properties by the Venezuelan Chamber of Real Estate.

She holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance. She began her professional career in Venezuela, where she held management positions for eight years at the national oil company PDVSA. In 2009, she transitioned to the real estate industry, working with Century 21 Venezuela until 2016. During this time, she gained extensive experience in residential, commercial, and vacation properties, encompassing sales, rentals, and property management. She successfully managed a significant client portfolio and received multiple corporate awards for her performance and achievement of goals.
Rufina has closed more than 200 transactions during her years in Real Estate In 2016, Rufina moved to Orlando, Florida, where she continued her real estate career, expanding her knowledge of U.S. real estate law, business transactions, and market practices. She has completed advanced professional education through the Osceola Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), earning the following certifications and designations: Certified Realtor Professional (CRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and e-PRO® (Digital Marketing, Technology, and Online Customer Engagement). She is currently working toward the REALTOR Institute® (GRI) Graduate designation.
